TabSite is pleased to release a new Google Map feature available to all Plan levels, including the FREE version.
Now any TabSite user can customize their Fan Page tab and add their business / organization location on the tab via the Google Map Widget. The Map comes with the ability to add one location and to add information to the Info Window that opens when users click on the Map Icon.
The TabSite Google Map Widget gives restaurants, salons, retailers, and others a simple way to ensure fans can easily find their location without having to leave Facebook to do so.
Upon adding the widget to your page and completing the information on your location (shown below), you can then easily re-size and move the map around on your fan page tab.
Non-profits such as churches and theaters can use the Google Map Widget in their TabSite to inform visitors to their Fan Page of their location and provide a simple way right on Facebook to answer the "Where are you located?" question!

KEY LAYERING FEATURE: A totally unique feature of the new TabSite Drag N Build system unavailable anywhere else is the ability to layer the widgets. This means you add a image, then easily add text on top of the image or add a image and then add a video inside of the image. Similar to Photoshop, you can easily drag widgets up or down in the layering system to create just the right custom look you want!
This release is BETA so please note there is not full documentation out yet. We just couldn't wait to launch this powerful new platform so we wanted to give you access right away!

Yes, even existing fan page Free Accounts using their 1 tab and 2 sub-pages on a existing fan page now get a 2nd tab just so they can experience the pure joy and power of TabSite's new Drag N Build system! All new users signing up with TabSite will be given the Drag N Build system to use with widgets based on their plan level. All existing TabSite users will be able to still edit their current tabs with the Content Editor system.
