There will be live demo in the TabSite Manager for approximately 30 minutes followed by a Question and Answer time block. Again, this is a good starter session for Fan Page Admins.
TabSite is pleased to announce a new addition to the VideoShow widget enabling users to set the videos in the show to auto-scroll to grab users attention and to quickly showcase all videos available for viewing.
The VideoShow widget has always allowed Silver and Gold Plan TabSite users the capability to setup a series of YouTube videos that users can scroll through to see a description of, then select and play in-line on the fan page. Now with the new enhancement, fan page Admins using TabSite can setup the VideoShow videos to auto-scroll at a set interval across the page.
This feature helps grab the attention of the visitor and enables them to quickly see there are multiple video options. The arrow functions to go left and right are still active for the user, enabling them to have power to review the videos of their choice while the auto-scroll draws them in and quickly shows them the videos available for viewing.
A key benefit of the VideoShow widget for your fan page is the ability to pick specific videos to add to the list rather than showing your full YouTube Channel. Each can have a unique description customized you the Page Admin or use the YouTube description with one-click import.
Now with auto-scroll, the VideoShow widget has even more customization power to enable you to showcase your best videos!

TabSite is pleased to offer a requested functionality addition to the Master Admin role offered within the TabSite Manager.
TabSite users can add Master Admins to any TabSite Plan (Free-Gold) so that the Master Admin can access and manage the tabs and content on the tabs of that fan page. Now TabSite has added the ability for the TabSite user to grant Payment update access to Master Admins.
This new feature for Master Admins is an additional toggle that can be checked for Master Admins that will give them ability to see the payment status for that fan page and to be able to update the credit card that will be used for billing to one of their own credit cards on record. Master Admins never have access to the credit card number of the TabSite user that granted them Master Admin permissions so security is always maintained but this addition allows for the situations where one user creates a TabSite account but another person such as a Community Manager does most of the tab updating.
Now the Master Admin can ensure that the fan page service is current in the event a a credit card has expired.
Current TabSite plan users wanting to give this function to existing Master Admins should go to the Account Information area in the TabSite Manager and under "Administrator Manager", select the fan page to grant access to, add a Master Admin and check the "Payment Profile Access" box. Existing Master Admins would need to be removed and then re-added with the new feature to enable the functionality for them. This is per fan page.
TabSite is pleased to announce the release of templates for all TabSite users. Starting from the free plan level through Gold, TabSite makes it easy to select a pre-designed template that you can add, customize to your business/organization, and publish on your Facebook fan page.
New Templates will be added weekly!
Each template outlines the features and TabSite Plan level it is built with. During the selection process you have easy access to upgrade so that you get all features and widgets the template offers, or simply proceed and only the elements in the template available at your plan level will come across.
Example: If you have a Bronze TabSite and the template you select includes a PhotoShow (available at Silver and Gold), you would be offered the chance to upgrade to get all widgets in the template, or you can proceed and you would get all content, images, and other features minus the PhotoShow portion.
TabSite Fan Page templates range across many industries. Below is a small sampling of the templates, or click our TabSite.com/Templates link to view them all on our website.
To access the Templates, simply go to any tab in your TabSite manager and on the right where you access Widgets, simply click on the "Templates" tab (shown) and this will open the categories of templates.
Any templates you have saved using the "Save as Template" function appear under "My Templates" and then below this are the categories of templates that TabSite is offering.
Simply select a category and we will open the Template area where you can view all templates and get information on what each contains.
Upon finding the design that you want, simply click the 'select this design' button (shown below) and the template will be added. You would be prompted that your TabSite fan page plan does not include all widgets used in the template if that is the case. As noted, you can stop and go upgrade or you can proceed and get the template minus the widgets not at your plan level.

AUTO-PLAY SLIDESHOWS! for PhotoShow and ProductShow
We've added features to our PhotoShow & ProductShow so that you can setup automatically rotating image slideshows! Setup the show, set the rotation duration to have images remain, and then grab user attention with automatically rotating images on your fan page TabSite tabs!
Now within both the PhotoShow and ProductShow widgets you can set the images to automatically advance on the timeframe you set. This feature is available to all TabSite users with Silver or Gold Plan TabSite accounts. Choose your image rotation interval from 1 second (fast!) to 7 seconds (slow) to capture the attention of your viewers!

TabSite's Sweepstakes allows Fan Page Admins to setup and conduct Sweepstakes where visitors submit entries during a sweepstakes live time period. All entries are e-mailed to the e-mail address set by the Admin and from these entries Admins can randomly select a winner!

Simply drag the widget to your tab work area in the TabSite Manager. The below setup box appears.
The TabSite Sweepstakes allows the Page Admin to setup and do the following:
Pre-Sweepstakes - Where you setup what appears before Sweepstakes goes live
Live Sweepstakes - Setup your main sweepstakes message and form
Post-Sweepstakes - Setup the closing time and message after entry time has closed
Container Properties tab - This is where you set background color for your sweepstakes widget, as well as text and link colors. Note if you have a overall tab background set, the widget will inherit that by default. You can override by using this feature in the widget.
There is a "Preview" function enabling the TabSite Manager to click through Pre, Live, and Post tabs to see each view of the sweepstakes.
